Field Dry Land
Fall Field Dry Land Training will be resuming on Saturday, September 10. We will be meeting three times a week during the fall.
Brockton Oval, Stanley Park
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Mahon Park, North Vancouver
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
What to bring:
1. Running shoes
2. Athletic attire – please come prepared for the weather
U6-10 athletes are highly encouraged to participate in dry land. Exercise is delivered through challenges and games that keep the kids moving and entertained. The most important thing at this age is variety: the more sports the better!
U12+ athletes should consider dry land mandatory unless you are participating in another high level sport. Off season training is very important for athletic development and will help to prevent on snow injuries.
Unless otherwise noted, there is no additional fee for dry land training, it is included in your general membership. Some special events may require an addition fee.
