Peter Krasula | Head Coach

Certification: Level 5 National Coach, Slovak Ski Association; ISIA Level 3 Ski Instructor; ISIA Level 1 Terrain Park Instructor.

Peter has been a coaching member of the Mount Seymour Ski Club since 2011. He started as the U14/16 Assistant Head Coach and became Head Coach in 2014.

He has a Master Degree in Physical Education, Coach of Alpine skiing Level V. National coach.  He still continues to race.  In 2015, Peter won 2 gold medals from Masters World Winter Games in Mont Sainte Anne, QC.

Marian Treger | Senior Coach

Certification: CSCF Canadian Ski Coach Federation Level 2; CSIA Canadian Ski Instructor Association Level 3; AST Avalanche Skill Training Level 2; Ski Instructor Training Level 2 Slovak Ski Association; OFA Occupational First Aid Level 3.

Marian is a former ski racer from Slovakia who has continued his passion for skiing by coach and instruction.  He has coached ski clubs in Slovakia and was a Coach Assistant and Team Leader for the Slovak Paralympic team in 2013.  For the last 4 years, he has been a Whistler Blackcomb ski instructor and voted Ski Pro of the year in 2015.

He also has his Ph.D. in Building Technology; Masters of Science (MSc.) in Building Technology and Masters Study in Construction Management.

Chelsea Brown | Senior Coach & Coordinator

Certification: CSCF Entry Level Certified; CSIA Canadian Ski Instructor Association Level 2; AST Avalanche Skill Training Level 1.

Chelsea has been a member of the Mount Seymour Ski Club since 2000 and a coaching member since 2011. She spent a year racing for the Vancouver Ski Team in 2010 before turning to coach and focusing more on her education.

She has a B.A. in Recreation and Health Education and is currently working towards getting her teaching degree. Chelsea has eight-plus years of experience working with children as a Ski Coach and in other recreation settings.

Graham Brown | Senior Coach

Certification: CSCF Entry Level Certified

Graham has been a coaching member of the Mount Seymour Ski Club since 2015. He started as a NGSL junior coach working with U8/U10 and has since moved up to working with the U12 group.

He is your goofy and fun coach who loves to take you free skiing but will keep you focused when training. When he is not on the hill coaching or freeskiing, Graham is busy working to become an electrician.
