Early Season Whistler Training

Winter is finally here and it is time to hit the slopes.

This Sunday, November 30th I will be leading a free-ski (free-ski = no gates) training session on Whistler Mountain. We will be working on getting our ski-legs back while bagging as much vertical as possible.

Please note that athletes are responsible for their own lift pass for the day and transport to and from the hill.

If transport is impossible I have three seats up for grab in my car. Meeting times and locations will be discussed prior to Sunday.

Max $15 per athlete to cover caches transport + lift pass. This amount may decrease with more participants.

Whistler Creekside – In Front of Guest Services

Meeting at 8:15.
Be ready to load the lift at this time.

What to Bring
– lift pass for the day
– skis, boots, and poles
– dress in layers
– extra pair of gloves
– approved helmet
– lunch and a bag to carry it in

**Very Important Information Below**

Two things must be done before athletes can train:
1. Athletes MUST be registered in a program for the 2015 season
2. Athletes MUST have signed waivers on record

Both of these things can be taken care of via the membership system on the clubs website: http://mtseymourskiclub.com/members. This is non-negotiable. Please don’t put me in a position where I have to turn an athlete away at the base of the hill!
